blinc
blinc, the blended learning institutions’ cooperative, was founded in 2005 in Goettingen, Germany. With a focus on Competence Oriented Learning and Validation (COL&V), blinc specializes in modern, technology-supported blended learning solutions. The cooperative consists of 25 members with an interdisciplinary team of project managers, trainers, teachers, coaches, programmers, media designers, and blended learning creators.
Key persons involved in blinc projects bring extensive experience in conducting evaluations in numerous European projects and are well-versed in COL&V approaches and digitally supported learning. blinc’s commitment to innovation and sustainability aligns with their dedication to advancing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
IFSB
INSTITUT DE FORMATION SECTORIEL DU BATIMENT SA
The IFSB is a specialized private training center in Luxembourg, focusing on structural construction and safety. Established by the Contractors’ Group and the Federation of Construction Companies in 2002, it plays an active role in national working groups for vocational training. With expertise in the construction sector, the IFSB offers over 850 programs, training approximately 8,000 trainees annually.
The center covers an expansive 9,000 m² training site, equipped with educational spaces such as a dynamic construction and deconstruction building, high platforms for safety courses, and more. Constantly adapting to new construction standards, the IFSB is expanding its course offerings to include sustainable construction practices, focusing on energy efficiency and circular economy solutions.
A team of over 30 employees collaborates on 45 projects, bringing together diverse skills and expertise to drive progress in the construction industry. As IFSB continues to grow, it remains dedicated to providing professionals with the latest knowledge and best practices to excel in their respective fields.

ASTREDHOR
ASTREDHOR, the French Institute of plant professionals, supports companies in tackling industry challenges. With expertise spanning biodiversity, bioeconomy, and climate action, ASTREDHOR conducts research, develops innovative programs, and offers tailored guidance to improve horticultural, floricultural, and landscaping practices.
Comprised of 61 employees across six territorial units, ASTREDHOR delivers local consultancy, training, and information services to approximately 1,000 businesses annually, training over 200 professionals, and hosting 20 technical open days.
In the context of biochar, ASTREDHOR SEINE-MANCHE has been investigating its potential since 2016. Preliminary findings indicate that while some biochars have shown neutral results, certain types, such as pine bark biochar, have demonstrated promise in enhancing germination rates and speed for basil seeds. Although biochar research requires further exploration, its potential for sustainable development within the horticultural sector makes it an exciting area of study for substrate producers.
DEULA-Nienburg GmbH
DEULA-Nienburg GmbH, established in 1926, is a renowned international partner for agricultural education projects. With an expansive 9,000 m² training facility, DEULA offers programs in agriculture, horticulture, landscape gardening, and land machine mechanics. The organization consists of 80 highly skilled employees dedicated to providing top-notch agricultural education and consulting services.
DEULA boasts a wealth of experience in staff training, providing seminars designed to ignite fresh ideas and foster efficient resource management. Collaborating with global partners, DEULA develops customized training concepts tailored to clients’ needs. The institute is committed to upholding international standards and delivering German educational quality, ensuring their experts share cutting-edge knowledge with professionals and amateur farmers.
In addition, DEULA’s active engagement in projects that break down research results for end-users, along with their experience in developing digital teaching materials, ensures they remain at the forefront of vocational education and training in the agricultural sector.
